The person behind it
An aversion to dull work turned into a business model.
The business model: Business Operating Systems that take over the dull work. My own steers not just my company, but my whole working day. Email, conversations, contacts, projects, sales all come together in one place, and at every point I dock agents that take over the actual work. Honestly, not even my private life is safe from it.
Everything I get done with agents flows back into my Business OS and its context space. Along the way the system learns to understand my company and me better: how I write offers, how I think, how I lead. The more of it comes together, the less I have to explain and correct. And it matters to me that the relevant data sits on my own servers, not with the big corporations. So the system doesn't just take work off my plate, it also makes me more independent.
My vision isn't to replace people with AI. People set the direction with their experience and judgment, the agents carry it out: a resource that's almost limitlessly available, extremely cheap, and gets things done on its own. Used well, AI takes over the tedious work and makes up for one's own weaknesses. I'm a fairly forgetful person, for example, and as a memory aid AI is indispensable to me.
I try every new approach, every improvement idea on myself first. It's not about explaining AI to you, but about making it tangible how far you get when a person and their agent think together.
